The Miss My Old Kentucky Home Scholarship Pageant is open to all young women, in the state of Kentucky, who meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 17 years of age and a high school senior, and be no older than 24 years on September 30, 2009;
- You must be a United States citizen;
- You must be a six-month resident of Kentucky; or, have completed at least one semester as a full-time student (12 credit hours) and presently be enrolled and attending classes as a full-time student at a Kentucky college or university; or, have been a full-time employee (40 hours per week) working in Kentucky for at least six months immediately prior to the pageant and be currently employed;
- You must be female;
- You are single and have never been married;
- You have never been pregnant and are not the adoptive parent of any child;
- You are of good moral character and have not been involved in any act of moral turpitude;
8. Other than minor offenses, you have no pending criminal charges against you and you have never been convicted of a criminal offense.
