The Miss My Old Kentucky Home's Outstanding Teen Pageant is open to all teenage women, in the state of Kentucky, who meet the following criteria:
- You must be between the age of 13-17 (You cannot be a graduating senior). You must turn 13 by the local pageant but not older than age 17 by August 31, 2010;
- You must be a United States citizen;
- You must be, at least, a six-month resident of Kentucky currently enrolled in a public, private, home-school education curriculum;
- You must be female;
- You must be single and have never been married;
- You have never been pregnant and are not the adoptive parent of any child;
- You are of good moral character and have not been involved in any act of moral turpitude;
- Other than minor offenses, you have no pending criminal charges against you and you have never been convicted of a criminal offense;
9. You must pay an entry fee of $75.00.
